Electric kit for tarp system

Electric kit for tarp systems and to convert a manual system into an electric system:
Motor with different power ranges and RPM available for ordering. depending on quantities Standard motor of 400 W, 3000 Rpm, 24 Vdc and IP66

Gearbox with universal outlet axle of 25 mm.
Different versions available with or without enlarged spindle for manual operation (in case of emergency)
Standard reduction 1:50

Female connector plug with grab handle and 6m cable (2 x 6mm). Both male and female connectors are already tin-welded.
Connection plates including stainless steel bolts. Alternative: longer cable to substitute the connection plates
Control box including cable (4,5m) to connection plates and motor Specifications of the control box:
  • 3 configurations for different motors from 200 W to 500 W
  • Variable voltage of 12 or 24 Vdc
  • Automatic stop controlled by amperage
  • Operation by remote control or by control box
  • Emergency stop and operation indication light
Fuse of 80 Amp in plastic housing
Remote Control
The electric kit is prepared with tie ribs, pins, and plugs for the connection to plates, battery, motor and control box.
The electric kit consits of the following elements: Tractor:
  • Fuse of 80 Amp. in plastic housing
  • 6 meters cable (2x6mm) with grab handle plug
Tipper trailer:
  • Trailer plug with 2 meters cable
  • Control box (12 or 24 VDC)
  • Power inverter relay for motor switch
  • Integrated control board for power and protection control
  • Receiver for remote control integrated in control board “ON/OFF” indicator and emergency stop button
  • Motor 24 VDC 400 W at 3.000 RPM IP 66
  • Gearbox for Ø25 mm diameter axle and 1:50 reduction
  • Connection plates of nylon and stainless steel bolts
  • 4,5 meters cable (2x6mm) from control box to connection plates and motor
  • Small material for all connections
